Course 1 — Appetizers

  • Ahi Tuna Tataki wrapped with nori and lightly fried, serve with shiso pesto, mustard, and cilantro
  • Salmon Tartar with seaweed salad
  • Fresh Cucumber roll with yellowtail, pineapple, avocado, tobiko and plum soy vinaigrette
  • Fried Coconut Lobster with Hawaiian rock salt
  • Buttery Steamed Mediterranean Mussel or Clam with sake, basil and lemon
  • Avocado Kamikaze tempura avocado stuffed with spicy tuna, crab meat and cream cheese
  • Sautéed Shishito pepper with soy sauce and smoked sausage

Course 2 — Entrees

  • Sashimi Bowl – 2pc tuna, 2pc salmon, 2pc yellowtail, 1pc scallop, and 1pc shrimp
  • Nigiri Combo – 2pc tuna, 2pc salmon, 2pc yellowtail, and 2pc albacore
  • Seafood Ramen with king crab, shrimp, fresh mussel, clam, squid and vegetable
  • SRW Special Roll with crab meat with tobiko, cucumber, shrimp, scallop, spicy tuna, tempura unagi, onion salad and house special sauce
  • Chirashi with 3pc tuna, 3pc salmon, 2pc white fish, tobiko and tamago

Course 3 — Desserts

  • Crème Brulee
